Review: Skins and Bones by Sherry Shahan

Title: Skin and Bones
Author: Sherry Shahan
Format: e- ARC
Rating: 4/5 Stars
Summary: Sherry Shahan's SKIN AND BONES, pitched as ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST meets LOVE STORY set in an eating disorder hospital in which an aspiring ballerina and a quirky nerdboy fall desperately in love only to become each other's next deadly addiction, to Wendy McClure at Albert Whitman.
Review: I received this book free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I'm not really a fan of this cover, I don't think it portrays the story in a way that makes people want to pick up the book. But I did really enjoy the story. I loved that it was told from a males perspective and not only was it centred around him but also other people from his facility as well. I liked learning about all of the characters. I really enjoy reading about eating disorders because I find it so intruding how peoples minds can turn on them. I also enjoyed the little bit of romance that was included even though it was a toxic relationship.
I would recommend this novel to readers who find eating disorders interesting or want to learn some more information on them.
